RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ala aims to ensure that each order is up to your standards. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, you can return them to us within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund or store credit. Returns must be received by us within the 14 days, otherwise we will not be able to process the return. Returns are sent at your own cost.

How to return an item:
Within your delivery, there will be a returns form with detailed instructions on how to return. On this sheet, please ensure to write your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason of return. Please ensure you send the returns form with the item(s) you are returning. You can ship this back to us with your preferred method of shipment.
We also offer in-store returns. Please ensure you bring your returns form with you.
Once the item has returned to us in an appropriate condition, we will then send you a conformation email and issue you the refund for the item(s) which should appear in your back account within 4-8 working days depending on your bank.
If the item was purchased on sale, we only offer exchange or store credit.
Conditions of return:
In order to return an item, please ensure that the item is in the exact same condition in which you received it. All tags and labels must still be attached on the garments. Items must not show any signs of wear and must be in brand new condition. We do not accept items that show signs of wear or washed.
If the item(s) you received are faulty upon delivery, we take full responsibility and once the item(s) has been investigated, we will offer you a refund or a replacement. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days.
Refund – If you are not completely happy with your purchase and would like a full refund for the item(s), then once the items have reached us and all terms are obliged by, we will issue a refund. This can take between 4-8 days depending on the bank.
Store credit – If you are not happy with the item(s) we can offer you a store credit note once the item(s) you no longer require are returned to us. With a store credit, you will be able to add this on to your next order and the cost will be deducted accordingly. We cannot offer a refund on a store credit note. Please state on the returns form if you require a store credit.
Exchange – If you wish to exchange an item, please state on the returns form that you require an exchange. If the price of the item you wish to exchange the current item with is different, we will invoice you the extra cost if the item costs more. If the item costs less, we will refund or store credit the remaining balance.
